Government said it will set up a new committee to review the DSS school systems. Definite the rules of game will be changed later on. Certainly big impact on applications for 2-3 years later.

The Government had actively expanded DSS team, including the restructuring of government and aided schools to encourage, because that has more limited government and aided schools, DSS system can allow schools more flexibility in the use of resources, admission and course allocation arrangement, test and implement quality Education.
However, DSS was found to account confusion, the government must do something at the end.
