Dear experienced KTS parents,

My daughter is KTS' P1 students and she took route 1's school bus to school. It happened TWICE that the school bus' air-conditioner was out of service and over 40 students were all WET when they came to home yesterday as told by my maid.

All the windows can't be opened as that was a big school bus and they were having sauna together yesterday. They were all sweating and faces were red. The first time happened when my daughter took the prepartion class last month and she got fever last time. Did it happen often in other routes? I am concerned about this as it takes 45mins for my daughter to come back to home by school bus

Which way is more effective if I want them to improve the service? Report it to school or just call Hoi Tai directly?

Call the school and complain to them directly. KTS is serious with our complains but the school bus company will just ignore us.

BTW, my son is also taking route no. 1
but he is off at the 1st station. So, he didn't mention it to me.

Jc-mom,

It is a serious matter if the window could not open. It is really terrible. Our route is #1 and my son also mentioned to me that their school bus was "死火" suddenly and so they changed another one.

Hi jc_mom,

My daughter have the same problem too, (she is in route 6) this few day when she came back, she was sweating and face was red too. She told me that she have to wait the school bus at the KTS high school under the "Sun", she felt hot and dizzy.

Also, one of the mom told me that( P2 this year) the lady( take care the kids one) and the driver always talk, talking about" Ma jong" " where will they go after work" and the terrible things is their conversation have "rude words" "XXX" like that. of course they were go to complain them directly to Hoi Tai. But no respone. I also complain the lady too, she always speaks so loud.

In my opinion, the better way is complain to the school. I think school will take action about the problem.

我囡又係1號車, 仲要係尾站, 尋日成隻濕水雞咁落車, 亞囡話上車已然係冇冷氣, 咁...............點解仲要開車?

今日係咁打噴嚏, 希望佢頂得住啦

今日雖然有冷氣但都好焗喎.

明天向學校反映下先, 順便反映埋遲到&兜路先, 有日無啦啦兜左唔知去邊(亞囡講o, 又冇向我們(家長)解釋, 果日遲左半粒鐘, 另外3日又遲到15分鐘.

Dear all,

I called KTS this afternoon and reported this case already. If you also encounter similar problem, I also recommend you to call the school and express our concern.
