APA has this kind of program. The class is organized in group and I think teenager will be ok unless your kid is very small. Last year I attended a 6-session workshop at there on vocal technique. My tutor is Ms Maggie Lai (if my memory is not too bad). I believe she is also running private lessons. Sorry that I have misplaced her contact no. if you need the private lesson, you may call APA to see if they will release Ms. Lai's contact for you.
