Is ur kid in PC kinder?
For my experiences in the 3 schooldays last week. The teachers I met are all very nice.
My daughter had an appointment last Thu morning & she can only attend half of the session. At the orientation day (Wed), I was thinking if the kinder/teacher is too straight/not very nice when I requested early-leave, I would just not attend the Thur class. But the class teacher is very nice & said it's no problem at all.
On Thu, when I picked her up early, she bring her to me & said again it's OK, told me my daughter adjusted quite well today & last gave us a warmful goodbye. And, I can see my daughter is not quite willing to leave early --> I think she like her schooling !

I think maybe the teacher is too busy. If you can go to the classroom to pick her up today again. Try to ask the teacher about ur daughter's adjustment in the class & again, ask ur daughter to say goodbye (maybe in a louder voice). Hope you can find other experience in the coming days. 第一天我想是巧合, 老師也可能很緊張因為是第一天上課.
