My daughter will join HKBUK in Sept 08. May be I can answer part of your questions.
1 & 2) According to those K3 mama, there's priority to join the HKBU primary school but not 100% secure. Not sure about the secondary & university since K is very new. Don't think that they will have 一條龍 law.
3) The school fee is HK$3100 per month (updated as per today's info from HKBUK), no more mis charges.
4) Join this K because I like their teaching method, they teach the skill of how to learn that's important. The teachers are nice. Also they have back up from University. There's many reasons, may be you can take a look of the previous forum regarding this issue.
5) I'm living in Kowloon side, can't comment on this issue. But I know that there are many student living in Yuen Long but study in Kowloon Tong.
