about 根德園同基督堂 something~!

i want to know these two school something .about school free ,interview question ,how many class ,diffcult to study ,or other about these two thing.
cos my baby this yr is 3yr,but i have already to find one kindergarden for her study.and my baby is "small girl",her birth is December .so this year is for my baby repeat K1.so next yr i hope my baby can interview of these two kindergarden lor.
so now i want to know many thing of these school.
then i'm single-mother and taking social weflare ,and my baby'face have 血管瘤,so i'm afraid these school can't accept my baby.

anyway,millions thz for all mun can give some information for me~!

The school fee is very expenses of those two kindergarden.

1. Kentville $2,477
There are about sixteen classes.
You need to sing a simple song when you go to
   interview.
Playing pluzze.
Answer question you see the picture.

2.基督堂    is over $3,000
I am not clearly about the 基督堂 .
I know 基督堂 is international school only.

基督堂學費都根德園差唔多, 都係二千幾, 兩間學校都好, 不過最好考入左先決定邊間都未遲。

Dear Yaupuiyi,

Christ Church Kindergarten has only K2 and K3. Since the applicants must be born between January and December, you will have to file your application for your daughter in the coming November for the school year 2005. Interview is conducted in English.

Your daughter will have no problem repeating K1 in Kenville. Interview is in Cantonese.

你要為個女著想, 雖然你有資助可以免費, 但是讀根德園和基督堂, 都是d有錢 or 中產人士, 因讀名校而令自己無自信, 千其唔好, 小朋友是有自尊心, 令到她心理唔平衡仲大獲.

i want to know more about 血管瘤, can you explain more, and how about doctor's advise. since my baby has also 血管痣, but the nurse said that it will disappear when they grow up, is that right? thanks

小朋友未必知何謂有錢、冇錢，最緊要係學校風氣。有d學校會問小朋友放假去邊度旅行，去邊度開生日party。小朋友仲係天真，老師讚一句、一個sticker或一張紙己經好開心；佢地淨係職話比你聽同學仔去過邊玩，有什麼玩具，未必要你去做。我覺得主要睇你自己點教佢。

Both Kenville and CCKG are good schools, they will accept your daughter if she performs well during the interview. Her appearance or family background may not be considered.

I think every parent will give her/his best to their children as long as she/he can afford. Just give your daughter a chance!

I totally agree w/ what you are saying. Even the very poor family can have a very good education for their kids only if the children are clever and diligent. Some famous doctors or lawyers also came from a poor family.

i'm so sorry for late reply .
actually is same for 血管痣.then also ahve many name of that ka.have "strawberry痣" also .
yes, all nurse and doctor also said if the baby growing up then that is diappear ka.but i cna see many doctor and also said cos my baby'血管瘤 is very big ,and in her face .so maybe if when she growing up ,then also can't balance lor.so i'm worry that ka.
but in that moment i can't do anything .so just wait and keep to check doctor lor.
唉~! i think just myself can know what feeling of my baby have that problem lor.

for your baby is where have that problem ? and what time have that ? also born have ?

then i think my baby can't study in these school la.cos my baby not clever first .and i think they are said right .these school also need good family ma.althought i can came the school fee.but i know buy the uniform and the bag and other thing also need too money to buy and use.
so unti lnow i think i'll cancelle this thinking lor.

Why you give up applying those schools? If you apply, you still offer a chance to your girl. If you don't, then there will be no hope. Just forget about those fees at this moment. I'm sure there will be some moms who can donate school uniforms and school bag to you.

It's too early (even not fair) to say your girl is not clever enough!

Hi yaupuiyi,

I know your feeling and worrying of being a single parent mother. I know a woman who has to bring up 2 children on her own. Her children are quiet 生性 because they know their mother has many diffuculties. The woman spent a lot of time talk and read to her children. One of them is studying in HKU and the other one is studying in a brand 1 secondary school.

Kenville and CCKG has different curriculums. You have to spend a lot of time in following your daughter's homework if she studies in Kenville. Students in CCKG are happy because they have a little of homework and have no pressure. The school fees of CCKG include everything, you may use different kind of schoolbags as no specific schoolbag required therefore, you only have to buy uniforms.

Hope I am not talking too much!

CCKG D校服其實唔貴,喺金錀有得買,如果你唔介意着過,到時考到,你pm我,我個仔嗰套好新淨,着過半年咋,而加放喺衣櫃都係得個「擺」字,如果你有需要可以比你.仲有呀,唔好對自已小朋友咁冇信心啦,好多家長都係抱住「見識吓」嘅心態帶D小朋友去interview,其實備取錄係好講運氣,就算唔smart都唔一定入唔到架!努力!加油!

Hi winkdex,
Do you have any comment if the children are not living in net 41 and the parent are also not the old boy/girl to apply CCKG?
If the children cannot accept by DGS/DBS(I know that it is not a must for them to be accepted by those top famous school), where will they go?To apply those private primary school(eg. GH)?

Haa~~~~i think is same age in this moment is not smart and slowly .cos my baby is born in Dec ma.
but maybe in this year end ,i'll take my baby try to interview la.

and now i also take her many place and some function ka.cos i'm really want to make my baby have many 自信心 ma.so until now i just feel she don't know how to play with other children lor.other things i think is ok .maybe she can't quick to learn something la.just slowly lor.

then millions thz for winkdex first~! cos you can give the uniform to me .but i think my baby ok first la.Haa~~~~but i think the % is not very high lor.Hee~
