Epsom is a good school zone.  There are popular boy school and girl school.  But there are a lot of Chinese.  The rental and price of the house is very high.

yeah, epsom is good but really have alot of HK and Chinese students.  If you want your children learn more English, then you better find the one which got lesser Chinese/HK students.

For example, Long Bay Primary School, Browns Bay Primary School, Sherwood Primary School (my two younger bros attended this school and only got a few HK/Chinese students)

Also depends on are you overseas student or NZ resident, as if overseas, might as well just enrol the Private School, as you will pay the same fees even attending the Public School anyway.
