Dear Both,
My opinion is there is no best or worst Kinder, it just depend on what you want and whether it suits you. I don't have deep understanding on other kinders, however I am happy to share my comments and experience in HKPS.
1. Yes, HKPS has 2 yr old class
2. Yes, they have Int’l or Local class, each class has a full time English or Chinese tutor. In int’l class Chinese is Mandarin in local class Chinese is Cantonese but they still have mandarin lesson for local class. For the part of English, it is same in both int’l or local class.
3. They don't have Primary nor Secondary
4. I believe for nursery, there is no homework even for K1, my daughter at KI only has one tracing exercise at the weekend for the first semester. Starting from the second semester, there is homework each day and more in the weekend. However whether you feel work home is pressure or pleasure depends on how your attitude is. For me, I concern only if my daughter has correct attitude on doing home, correct gesture, interested on doing home. We do have difficult time when my daughter start to learn writing, so I hold my daughter hand and tell her that there is magic on my hand. She finds it funny and then she has more confidence to do. We finish one page homework in 10 minutes. With a few months, she can write by herself and always get a well done sticker from the teacher. So what I try to say is, Yes, HKPS has quite a no of homework from 2nd Semester, but you will have fun if you know how to deal with a kid.

6. Yes, my daughter is happy to go to school. She becomes much more attractive. The teacher is nice.
7. I never check if my daughter learns something. After all they are only small kids. I concern only if she is happy to go to school. I seldom follow up her school work. But she always gives me surprise, like she can recognize the words Ant, Cat, Boy, Car…… For sure she learns all these from school.
