Hi parents,
I am having a difficult time of making a decision whether to send my kid to KCIS or Victoria and we need to finanlize our decision this month. I want hiim to be both proficient in both languages and we both are working parents. We went to visit both schools and both of them have differnent styles of teaching.
KCIS
1. 75% English vs 25% Madarin
2. Small class size - 26 students
3. No IB system
4. School faculities is a bit old (acceptable)
5. Very traditional teaching
6. Some students not able to speak very well English.(We attened the assemby - some students are very confident and some aren't)
7. No parent-teacher community
Victoria
1. English & Madarin is 50%:50%
New campus in Aberdeen. Nice
2. Big class - 30 students
3. With IB system
4. Very creative teaching
5. Commerical - a bit expensive (the assemby was very impressive and each students were able to speak confidently)
6. With parent-teacher community
Can some parents give us some in-dept and insight advices on their academic level of study?
Appreciate your help to make this important decision to our kid.
Many thanks. |
