I'll prefer Kent Road, as both am & pm classes are for K1 kids only, therefore no need to go up & down the stairs.

Also I heard from a parent with his son now studying at Dorset am class, they will meet with K3 students every morning. Since the K3 boys are taller and bigger, that they often 恰 D K1 小朋友 (push them in the toilet).

Therefore for K1 little kids, Kent Road is better from my experience. My son is changed to Dorset this year (K2), and his classroom is on upper floor, I always worry my son will fall down the stairs, so I hate the stairs......

I think it is too nervous to scare the child falls down from the stairs.  

No need to feel upset, everythings have pros & cons.

1. Dorest campus is much bigger and has more space for children.

2. Your child no need to get use to the campus again when promotes to K2.

3. My K1 boy studys in Dorset campus, I have never heard he is bullied at school.  On the contrary, he likes the K3 boys/girls and always said he wanted to be a K3 boy.

當然, 我並不是說所有Dorset 的K1小朋友都會碌落樓梯及被人欺負, 只是機會較大而已, 當然天下父母都不希望自己小朋友發生意外, 難道閣下小孩碌落樓梯, 你會若無其事嗎? 我覺得作為母親, 有這種擔憂是很正常的, 亦不見得很nervous.

嘩，你做乜話我個仔碌落樓梯呀？
發生了當然不會若無其事！
但意外就是意料之外！難到閣下可以２４小時去睇住個小朋友嗎？就算閣下可以做到（淨係小朋友要返學就冇可能了），難到又可以阻止意外發生？

講件事你聽，我讀小學時有位學弟就係係上堂時被同學不小心用鉛筆插盲了一隻眼！這種意外，誰可估計？

父母擔憂子女當然正常，但我只是覺如果擔憂到連條樓梯都'hate'的話就實在......

還有，小朋友在ＫＶ被欺負的機會不大，去那裡都有老師陪。再者，孩子被欺負了難道會唔出聲？

閣下將這些自己的無故擔憂去嚇倒那些學弟父母我就覺得唔係幾好。說老實，Dorset的campus絕對冇閣下講得咁差。

ha ha, 可能你誤會了, 我絕對無意嚇倒那些學弟父母, 我亦不至於咁黑心咀咒別人有意外, 因為我自己個仔今年同下年都會在Dorset上堂, 我只是不喜歡那些樓梯吧 !

仲有, 我真的認識一位Dorset K1小朋友, 常比同學欺負, 但每次都不敢出聲, 常令佢母親很擔心呢.

況且版主post出嚟的topic, 是問 "Kent Road vs. Dorset Road" 之difference, 我只是講出我的經驗及感受吧, 發表意見都比人話, 豈有此理!

I think almost all the kinders have K1 to K3 and quite a few of them got stairs.  My big boy's kinder (he is now in primary) also got lots of stairs in his kinder & never had accident & never heard about other classmates have stair accidents.

I think no need to worry too much!
Just think about which teaching method of kinder suit your kid most!
