Could not get your question clearly.
The letter we received just a common acceptance notification. I think it has a standarized contents in every letter.
The only "Gifted Education" mentioned in the letter is .....
"your child has been accepted for being proficient in languages and possessing high potentialsin receiving the Gifted Education in our school."
That is all.:)

I went back to home and found the letter, now I quote
from the letter :

"Please also be informed that our school lays great
emphasis on the Gifted Education and Information
Techonolgy Education. According to the interview, your
child has been accepted for being proficient in languages
and processing high potentials in receiving the Gifted
Education in our school"
