我現在好難過,
但小孩無罪,
唔通係我錯?我諗都係,
諗注今年出生率低,
個小朋友又唔太喳,出錯了.
唔知点話佢知,佢無份.
最大件事係,我只考了一間.政府報了一間.

唔好難過,這遊戲剛要始, 你重有好多機會, 11月26日後, 12月尾後, 出年6月中後, 各私校都有好多正取生會放棄學位, 到時就唔好再錯過機會, 現在應攞多D資料, 在家細心"作"一封(或數封)好的叩門信,準備重新作戰, 希望在人間, 你小孩定必可入讀一所好學校.

I also worried my daughter's ability at first so that I applied 7 schools for her as I understand that her performance in interviews would be unstable.....thinking that she would got no offer from schools in Kowloon and HK side.....so that I also applied a DSS school in Tuen Mun for her as backup. Luckily, she was accepted by most of the schools....
I will give up several offers....so, please keep applying the schools you like

I have the same thinking of you so I applied 1 DSS and 9 private schools for my daughter.  Luckily my daughter is
accepted by most of them.  However, I only hold one
seat because I do not want to the others keep waiting.
There will be lots of seats after 26/11 and next year.
So, 樓主 can do some research and prepare a profolio for your child next year.  The schools will consider your
application if they have seat.  Anyway, you still have the
chance for lucky draw. Be happy and think positive

當初我同一樣諗法,出生率低,自己小朋友都幾Smart 呀,我都係只考一間直資....out咗囉.....我個女知道唔收佢之後,意外地,佢同我講"唔緊la,我哋試吓其他學校囉,只要有媽咪陪我一齐搵,有小朋友同我一齐讀就開心架la" So, don't worry la, be happy. 一定有一間好嘅學校俾你小朋友..

Relax. I know some of the schools are still open for apply such as St. Margaret (Shamshuipo), PKC (Sha Tin), Tsung Tsin (not sure but pls call them). No worry. Don’t give any pressure to your child but surely they don’t know what it is cus my son seems very enjoy the P1 interviews and asking for more if any.
