According to my experience last year, they don't
accept profile. They emphasis on the child's
performance during the interview.

我記得系2nd interview 先交, 但我當年都無交到profile, 相信面試表現重要D.  Good Luck!

from the online-application,
there were spaces for filling information about activities and awards already!
