Don't imagine TSL is an international school. If you can afford the school fee and the future school fee of studying abroad, why don't you take the "real" international school. About learning chinese, you can hire a tutor to teach chinese. I know that my friends are doing like this. Are there some other reasons that you want to change to TSL?

The school fee is not a problem, we just have only one child. the curriculums in IS now attending are very easy. I'm afraid it isn't a good thing for her in future. Most IS got her through-train secondary school but 陈守仁小学 has no secondary school. This means your kid need to excel academically and in other aspects (e.g. Sports and Music) in order to get a place in a local EMI secondary school. (EMI=English as medium of instruction).
I understand that some IS (e.g. CIS, RC, SIS) do offer a relatively stronger Chinese curriculum, though not comparable to local schools. SIS has vigorous science and maths curricula too. May be you can browse 国际学校 to find out more.
If you really want a "local school" using English as teaching medium, you can also try DGS, DPS.
