I think it would be better to bind it, there are iron or plastic binding, not expensive. worth to do this!

Put in a A-4 folder is Ok.

My experience is some school, like APS just require some information, I was require to take out some information from my folder at that time. If you bind it, you may have to tear it off immediately on the venue....
