  • Prepare 200% well at least 2 months before the performance
  • Perform to different people and in different environment before the real performance
  • Don't drink coffee, strong tea 2 weeks before performance
  • Take good rest
  • Don't over practice the day before and on the day of performance
  • Eat high potassium food e.g. banana before performance
  • Enjoy the performance and remember you want to share the beauty of music with the audience, the audience also want to enjoy with you, they are not assessing you, the power is on you.
