I think it is too early to think of it.  The very first thing to
do is to apply the KG.  They do not have interview or any test.  Just like a lucky draw, so it is no harm to apply and wait.  You can think of it later, because the chance is quite slim, so no need to think too much on it.

Try to contact the KG and they are very much glad to
explain you the situation or even if they are free, you can
try to make an appointment with their headmaster and they are very kind to have a meeting with you.  Pls try and think it furher.

If you live in Hung Hom, you will be automatically transferred to the Tsing Yi school. Also, just like what karinamama said, apply it first and think about other things later on.
