如題, 學校話由今年開始, 會用普通話教中文科, 擔心小朋友未能適應, 已經平時讀英文都讀到死死下, 重話今年加埋普通話, 個小朋友真係慘, 但學校好似事在必行咁, 你話有冇計呢?

[size=x-large]雖然有擔心適應的問題，但我很贊成以普通話教中文科。

我自己本身不懂普通話的, 但兒子來年小一也是普通話教中文科，所以路不易行。但無需太憂慮，始終，愈早接觸愈有利的。

小朋友適應力好強，所以唔洗咁擔心．
其實我地廣東話最唔好就係講和寫都唔同，
但普通話講和寫都一樣，所以小朋友識普通話，
作文都叻好多．

大家都唔會否定而家識普通話一定著數d, 將來同早國嘅合作會更多, 既然睇到將來都有需要用到普通話, 梗係愈早學愈好, 小朋友語言能力較大人好, 好快可以適應到, 對學習中文亦有好大幫助.

我囡囡今年小一已經全面用普通話教中文, 佢入學時識嘅普通話都唔多, 但而家已經聽得明好多, 亦可以簡單對答到, 發音仲好準tim. 所以真係唔洗擔心.

when my girl first switched to Mandarin teaching, I hired a native mandarin speaker to teach her at home. It did help a lot as my mandarin's no good. Then I also try to watch Mandarin TV program instead of Cantonese. So far she is doing fine.
But I still remember the first 2 months was nightmare to her.
You may start taking you child to Mandarin class to get her well prepared.

非常之好, 小朋友適應能力強, 學得好快. 我個女4年前, 由一年級開始用普通話教中文. 今時今日, 她的普通話說得很好, 發音很標準, 而且對作文亦有幫助.

我有點擔心,,,,,會唔會第日望住d中文字時, 只識普通話發音,不懂廣東話發音。

我的意思是例如:口語上平時廣東話"講野", 書面寫"說話", 往後會否望住d字只懂普通話音(疏誇),而不識讀廣東音(雪話),因為平時只會講"講野"。

Actually parents have to do a bit more to prevent this from happening.
E.g. My girl just know how to pronounce 洗澡 in mandarin at first, when I ask her to say it in cantonese, she will say 沖凉。
I have to teach her the pronounciation of 洗澡 in Cantonese at home by myself.
So I suggest parents to read school books in Cantonese to them at home so that they will know both Cantonese and Mandarin pronounciation.
And there are ocassions that she forgot the pronounciation of Mandarin taught by teacher and asked me how to say it, because my mandarin is no good, so I have to hire private tutor to help her along.
One must spend more time on the chilid because learning more requires more time and effort.

Hi all, my son is now studying K1 in Kiangsu & Chekiang Kindergarten. After one year of Putonghua training, he can now speak pretty good Putonghua. He will be going to P1 in 2009, I wish to find a local primary school where it uses Putonghua as a medium of instruction for Chinese subject. May I ask what schools you girl or son is now studying? Many thanks.

I think you didn't get what 晴B媽 meant!

E.g. Mandarin teacher taught my girl 洗(xǐ) 澡(zǎo) , I talk to her using Cantonese 沖涼. So when my girl sees the words 洗澡 and I ask her to pronounce it in Cantonese, instead of saying '洗澡' in cantonese, she said 沖涼 i.e. she thinks that '洗' pronounce as 沖 in cantonese, and '澡' pronounce as 涼 in Cantonese. And when she sees 洗手, she pronounce as 沖手 in cantonese. Hope you get what I mean.

我兩個仔一個五年級、一個三年級，都係今年先用普通話上國文。我都有晴B媽既擔心，可能我大仔之前4年用廣東話上國文，理個問題唔算好大，遇上有比較少見既字，我會專登讀番粵音俾佢知。不過一開始用普通話上國文，我個人覺得真係有需要讀番粵音俾小朋友知道。

我兩個仔轉用普通話上堂之初，對我黎講都係惡夢，尤其頭兩個月，成課都要執正番佢既讀音，跟住再讀又錯番，激到好火。後黎漸入佳境，到左下學期已有明顯改善。
