If you say that those students who smoke and speak foul language are "不算差", what students "算差" ?
It is not a matter whether those students are from TKO or not.
Eventually, those F1 students are studying with other students e.g. P1, at the same campus. More or less they will affect the others. A new school needs some time e.g. a few years, to be mature.
同意這校的F1生不太理想但亦不算差(因為這校收的大部份是區內人，而如果你住將軍澳就知道這裹的人嘅質素有幾好.....)，而這校的P1生就好很多，以我所知學校亦放較多資源在小學部。
