How nice! both are good school! She is at Norfolk Road. How about your daughter? How many private schools you apply for her? Mine are 禮賢, DGJS,KTS, APS.

My daughter is at Essex campus and she enjoy going to St. Cat & by school-bus everyday. One of her classmates also accepted by Heep Yunn (20 marks)in the first round and my cousin is also studying at Heep Yunn (p.1) and she/her parents are satisfied with it.

I applied GH, DGJS, KTS & APS for her.

Did you live near Heep Yunn?

Yes, we live near Heep Yunn. She likes to go to school too, but sometimes when she think about her homework, especially Chinese writing, she will
say she don't want to go to school. Actually,besides homework, she needs to do Kumon English and Maths, practise piano everyday (hopefully) and everyday is a battle with her.[/quote]
Are you having a piano at home? Is it really help her to practise ? I am planning to buy her a piano too?
At the beginning of this term, while she is doing Chinese homework, she also feel tired to do it;because she had to do it step by step correctly and say it out loud until she got it right . Now she feel much better, she adapated the method I use now. She like to go to school very much, because she is the only kid at home. She wants to play with her friends at school very much.

I just bought a 2nd hand piano, it's really help and convenience for her to practise.
My daughter is quite an active girl, I always need to find some ways to do the revision with her, for example, sometimes I and her dad are students and she is our class teacher, we pretend to not knowing how to write or wirte the wrong words and she will correct us.....

Last Friday,the classteacher of my kid inform us to write down and notify the teacher next Monday which schools accepted him/her already.

Just wondering whether it's just the concern of the classteacher or is that a school wide request? Anyone know and did your kid tell you the same request too?
