本人有一女4歲, 想由國外回流返港, 想問學劵係點申請, 有無話需要咩資格呢? 我地一家將會住"則魚涌",有咩幼稚園介紹下呢?

I live in Quarry Bay as well. But I have picked a traditional school which is not located in Quarry Bay.

You may check this site:

How to pick?
It is depending on if you want your kids to learn more English or Cantonese in Kinder.

For international schools at Eastern district:
1) Victoria Kornhill
2) 蘇浙小學校（國際部幼稚園）
---> however, voucher may not be used.

For traditional schools at Eastern district:
1) 明我幼稚園
2) 啟思幼稚園（杏花邨）
