CCKG waiting list

Dear moms,

My son is in the CCKG waiting list. I want to know:
- is it ALL unsuccessful applicants are under the waiting list OR
- they do select some applicants under the waiting list.

Any thoughts?

My son is also on the waiting list. I wonder she put all unsuccessful kids in waiting list rather than reject us to make us feel bad. And even though if there are really some of the kids on the waiting list, I don't think they got a chance to get in because I don't think the parents will give up their places, right?! So, I am totally give up the hope already! :cry:

我仍未收到信.
雖然我覺得WAITING LIST入到的機會唔大, 但如果係waiting list都係有機會. 因為我知好多人都係報左名先, 其實未必會讀的. 因為通常都讀緊k1, 讀得好好地的話唔係咁想要小朋友轉校的. 而有些媽咪只係試試個仔去面試, 而又係無心要子女入讀的.

My girl is on the waiting list.  To me, she had very good performance on that day.  Anyway, seats are too few when comparing to the number of applicants.

Hi, same here.

Although my daughter is on waiting list, her performance was satisfactory to me, especially she is almost the youngest applicant among all. I feel happy of this result and hope she will be accepted finally even chance is very slim.

there is a headline of the letter, stating either acceptance/waitlisted place/rejection. The content of the letter also elaborates.

Don' t give up !!  的確係會有人收左都唔讀架 ! 其實 cckg 唔係必然首選黎架 ! 大家唔好咁上心同埋唔好咁灰啦

My son is also on waiting list.  As I know most of the brother/sister of my daughter's classmates from CCKG got accepted.  I think the chance is very slim for waiting list, even though there may be a few will give up.  Unless you are on the top of the waiting list.
