Re: Any swimming course for 16 months' baby in Kowloon?
I coached in Yau MA Tat YMCA 6 years ago. and i Used to train there when i was little.
Let me tell you. a 16-months baby...DO NOT suitable for taking any swimming course. U may simply take her to the BB pool to play. let her to feel about water...and try to erase her/his fear of water by playing and having fun wiht her/him. Then when he /she reaches 3 years old, wht u did in this 1.5 year with her will be very useful and dat's will be much easier for her to learn swimming, in the most efficient way.
Trust me. Even some parents pay me very high for their 2 or even less yr-old baby, i also advise him/her not to do that. some of the coach might not able to handle and coach them, but in the usual way as the bigger kids. then, YOur kids will only develop the fear of swimming, and thats the most cases...it's really really hard to earse this kind of fear when they grow up....
