Nan Fung Centre 19/F Jolly Clown Learning Centre has the playgroup in weekday and weekend.It's good !! The native speaker is very good too. My daughter joined that centre when she was1.5 years until to now.The fee is acceptable. You can try to visit and get more information first.Thet=y are quiet full of weekend playgroup.

You might try to contact "Lovely Kids", it's located on the 15/F of Nam Fung Centre. My son is now learning the English and the dancing courses there and he likes playing with the teachers and the kids as well.
