My 4.5 year old son joined Asia Golf since 9/2006 cos it is close to my home. Kids are generally 6 year old. My coach expects to take them to a real golf range in summer.
The HKProgolf seems to offer scheduled lesson but of course a bit more expensive. They have certificates, golf camp during long holidays. I am not sure if their students are taught by PGA coach. Detail info' is found on the web-site and they answer very clearly in telephone.
