christf,

Agree with you, the "real" IS is very different from English schools in the teaching approach, which is much more interactive rather than spoon feeding. They use English as an universal language to teach and communicate, not treat English as one of the second language for teaching.

I would like to go further at point 3:
I learn that many parents do concern the race (colour) of teachers when they are choosing an IS. In their mind, Indians and ABC/CBC Teachers are 2nd-class and not as good as White-color.
Anybody buy or against this theory?
From my experience , "Heart" is more important than "Color" as a standard of IS teacher.
