剛從學校內聯網收到的消息, 對港大同學會中學有乎興趣既家長, 有時間可以去睇睇! (雖然係話for parents & students, 不過我相信唔止係by invitation既!)

It is with great pleasure that I invite you, as an honoured guest, to our inaugural Christmas Fair on Saturday, 2nd December 2006. The Fair will be officially opened at 10 a.m. and will last until 3 p.m. with carol singing in the School Hall.

The students and staff have been working hard together to make this an enjoyable and interesting event, with lots of stalls run by the students themselves, offering a variety of different activities.

On the same day, we are also hosting an ‘Open Day’ for parents and students to see the academic excellence we offer as a new school.

We have achieved much during this opening term and naturally we are very proud of the new curriculum we offer to our students.

I hope you will be able to attend and meet the staff and students who will do all in their power to ensure that you have a very pleasurable day.

How do you find the school after 3 months here? Are there a lot of homework/projects? How do you find the teachers? How many NET teachers do they have?

They do not have so called NET teacher. English Language is either taught by native speaker or ABC. Chinese is taught in Putonghua. Few teachers are locally trained. From what they speak, most of them are foreign trained or have been in overseas for quite some time.

My daughter's actually studying in HKUGAPS. I guess their recruitment policies are more or less the same! I have the same findings as kkbbkk and I'm quite happy about that! (not to worry about 港式英語)
