Sorry, I don't know the custume clothing....but maybe you can think about putting on face painting with the face painting pencils. They can be bought in many of the stationery shops.
#80-100 Wellington Street, Central. There are several shops which selling a lot of dressing-up costume, from princess to policeman, fireman, many kinds of animals, sailor....... you can go and have a look, i just bought some on last Friday afternoon.
