每次面試都是兩個家長出席，以示對校方尊重，對子女關心，有自由安排時間能力。這對重視家校合作的學校尤為重要。

住址關係不大；主要看小朋友素質和臨場表現。

I applied three kindergardens last year,2 interviews with my husband, then they accepted my boy in am class. Another one the interview by myself only, then they accepted my boy in pm class.

幼稚園面試大多數都只可以一個家長陪同小朋友入面試場，所以考官唔會知道你地係唔係父母一同出席的。﹝不過都有學校例外，好似浸會大學幼稚園就只in父母，祟真幼稚園就可以父母同小朋友一同入內﹞

I feel sorry that I can't attend the interview in Sat afternoon since I need to go to work!
If there is any chance to change the interview schedule with the kindergarten?
Pls advice.

競爭大的幼稚園的老師是找理由淘汰考生：
e.g. 要求改時間表示家長事務煩忙（頗主觀，可能只是剛巧撞期）。
面試考題之一可能是問小朋友今天誰帶你來？

若可能，應盡量出值。在陌生環境中，一家人互相鼓勵安慰，可減壓力，提升表現。父母亦可藉此機會觀察老師和其他員工對小朋友態度，校舍設施等。祝成功。

Hi,

Thank you for your comment and advice. I would try my best but I really can't absent for my job :cry:

BTW, can any of you give me some idea about the failure percentage? Since I am going to apply 4 kindergartens only and I just apply the AM session. (HK Preschool, HKBU, Victoria HMT, Lingliang Diamond Hill)

Would it be too dangerous?

My boy is a small boy and is moody sometimes. He could just speak single word, not yet for sentence.

for me, I also absent in my son's interview
but lucky he accepted by my dream kinder,
so don't worry, maybe is good for him,
because he is so stick with me and reduce pressure.
