I want to apply 浸會大學附屬幼稚園, but I don't know whether it is good or not.

I have applied this kindergarten too. Its mission is good and I think the teachers are enthusiastic and nice. But I would also apply for the Hong Kong Preschool. Because HKBU's instruction medium is mainly in Cantonese and the Hong Kong Preschool stresses on bi-lingual teaching.
