阿女十月中考五級樂理, 請問要做多少年 past paper ? 由 2003 開始做到 2005 夠嗎 ?

My daughter only did the past 5 years ABRSM theory past paper (from 2001-2005).

3-4 years is ok for elder children, if the children are too young (say like 7-8 yrs old only), let them at least do 5 years pastpapers, or re-do the paper again.

Please notes that start from 2004, a new point counting method changed. Your teacher should be able to tell you what've been changed.

my daugter only did 3 years, can get 9X marks only, i think only depends on different people.

Dear BBTung,

For every part in the theory exam, they give more details marks, the easiest part in last syllbus become a bit more difficult / less point you will get in the exam.

The best book for grade 5 theory, is the pink book from ABRSM "AB Guide to Music Theory", it covered more than grade 5 content, and there is a chinese translation version.
