Pre-Nursery of Victoria (Question)

Hello mom...is your baby in Victoria?  If yes, please help me on the following     

If baby joined the pre-nursery of Victoria, does it mean that he can be guaranteed to Nursery (K1)?

Is it hard to join their pre-nursery?  I would hope to join the one in North Point.  Any tips to share?
