Just check this morning and the school say they send the letter today.

As I remember, the interview should be on 14/Oct.

Mrs. Wong... pls do not mind but it seems to me that you received no letter from any of these schools - RC, SPC, SPCC... Will you start to suspect that something's wrong about the address you put on all those self-addressed envelops? e.g. typo?

I know the chances are low but you know...

Hi morris_mama,

Thanks very much for your concern. I did received SPC's letter and interviewed, but are stilll waiting (anxiously!! :cry: ) for SPCC and RC.

I think there should not be a problem with the address as I printed them all from the same file.

Higher english standard in this school?
My youger brother was studing this school and test weeky . Is it harder than St Paul Boys & Co-ed?
All famous catholic school's eng. standard might higher 1 or 2 level, right?

Hi hi tinatam... would you ask your bro and tell us more about this school? we'll be grateful to you!

In HK, many "old" catholic schools were founded by the Church and you know... in those days, many Fathers are English speakers... I GUESS this is why most Catholic schools were started as English schools, using English as the teaching medium / the official language.

Let's hear more views.

My brother was studied hard while P1 becasue the english standard is so high. You may see their web site of all catholic english school also have a highly requirment in english. My cousin graduated P6 , the english standard equals to F3 he said.

Nowaday, all edu prefer creative and dont like to push hard or under pressure.  Some parents like happy school life and some like tranditional...

It is a trandiional school as I know.  You must consider your kids can be suitable or not.  Otherwise, low marks students cannot stay long in this school.  Today, any changing that I dont know.  Pls advise some parents who have kids in this school.

Not only good in eng. All Father in church can speak well cantoness too and they are very kind with love.

Such as my sister's son is studying in Rosehill , also need high eng standand.  Her son needs to have a eng tuitor to advance his eng.speaking

Can anyone know how long for the interview in RC cause my son will attend 2 interviews on the same date ?
Also , will RC also interview parents?

me too...I think 1hr if no need for waiting. But I dont know they need paper test or not. If yes, at least 2 hrs.
