Repair Service for Super E-kids Learning System
Can anyone tell me where I can repair the machine (Model: Learn Pad DSL350)?
I bought this machine over 1.5 years ago with 10 electronic books and cards for my daughter. But we haven't touched it for a long time as the machine can on longer sense the card in it and displays "No Card" all the time. I called the direct sales lady but she said she had left the company. I called the company phone no. at 23020018 for Mr. Che who should be the person in charge but only message can be left and no reply from him.
Does anybody have the same experience of me. How do you handle it? Many thanks. |
