The English courses by British Coucil should be quite good. They try to choose good teachers to conduct the class.

However, when it comes to summer, almost every centre in HK will be in need of NET's. As a result, some less qualified teachers might also be able to get in. In addition, the class size tends to be larger in summer, so people may think that it's not worth it.....
