Just got a news letter from the principal, listing a statistics of no. of pupils apply and accepted by different ESF primary school:

Kowloon J.S. 23/23 (no. of applicant / no. of kids accepted)

Shatin J.S. 63/64 (1x further assessment required)

Bauhinia 5/7 (1x2nd interview, 1xautumn term b/d, enters later)

Beacon Hill 48/61 (4 x further assessment required, 9 x autumn term b/d, enters later)

Renaissance 8/9 (1 unsuccessful)

Island school 3/3

This information is very encourageing. As many negative feedback learnt from baby-kingdom, I felt quite worry about to let my daughter to study at TYESF.

I live at Ma On Shan, where is far from Tsing Yi. If the successful rate is so high, I will sent her there even the long transportation time.

HI, Hera, really thanks for your info. I have heard lots of negative comments of ESFTY at BK. However, your advice beforehand really helps me to make my decision of sending my son to ESF.
I choose ESF because I think my son can learn in a pressure-free environment. His happiness is the most importance of all.
