請指教為小學校網而搬家的問題

我們06年打算搬往港島區，為女兒09年入讀小一作準備。

請問是否太早呢?

傳聞要三年前搬定(即入讀K1之時)，某些父母為兒女鋪路入41網，而於入小一前兩、三年前買豪宅，係咪要咁o既呢?

我地冇錢買豪宅，亦不是望女成鳳，至少，只想她有個機會入間好學校，能否成事，就睇造化啦。

我地真係唔識係咪真係要三年前搬往心儀之校網，請各位高人指點下。萬分感激!!!

其實係咪要比什麼地址證明，例如d水費單咁要寫父母名？

請問租屋但唔搬入去住, 只用地址報學校, 被人知道, 算唔算犯法(刑事)?

No. It's not a criminal offence, but the school seat acquired through "lucky draw" will be cancelled in this case.

By the way, there are a lot of parents who acquired school seats for their kids in their desired region through buying or borrowing address evidence, but never been prosecuted, since the education authorities have limited resources and they can only random check the submitted applications.

Theoretically speaking, once you submit the address proof. September for 1st round, January for 2nd round (if you don't join the 1st round for your kid)

I don't think so. Unless you can prove they are from the same family or one of the kids is a relative that need to be taken care of by the family.

Hi fannychoi,

係唔係要係交表前有幾多個月的地址證明?
As I mentioned before, you need to give address proof when you submit the application. The educational authorities have not stated how long you need to have moved in and for how long you need to reside in that address. For the latter I have made phone enquiry before to staff in concern but she cannot give me any satisfactory reply. I guess once the lucky draw result is announced, whether you need that address is unimportant. In other words, you can move out (if you actually moved in) anytime after that.

The application form will be given by kindergarten.

I'm not sure. However all candidates that acquired DSS school (直資學校) seats cannot enter the "lucky draw", and bear in mind that ESF schools receive government subsidies as well.

Hi fannychoi,

You need to submit yr application form with address proof to the primary school you have chosen as 1st choice at 1st round. If you want to skip 1st round and enter 2nd round directly, you can send application form to EMB.

我今年2005年12月先轉校網的，所以搬屋唔駛咁早，如果你想轉校網需要去灣仔小一入學派位組到取form，不過一定要住址証明，個住址證明要係父母or父母的父母先得
