Hi HappyB,

It also a same question for me. Now I will choose KM because I knew that KM's Chin/Eng/Maths levels are on average. HKPS I only knew its has a good language environment and others don't know.

I also want to know. Would anyone pls give comments on these two kinders.

I only knew that both schools are good and are in small size as compared with SC & KV. It seems that HK preschools likes SC as it is more emphasis on the development on English Language since its opening. KM seems to be balance of the 3 subjects but the maths is in Chinese.

I think the english standard is good in both kindergartens. As I know , hkps also emphasis on music..... in k2, every student need to learn violin or drum ( in school time).

I only know that Hk Preschool has a good atmosphere for children to develop English Language.
The size of class is small, so the teacher can take care children intensively.

Therefore, I don't know how to choose it since these two schools have offer a seat for my son.

Could anyone give me some advise?

I am pre-KM mom, i checked school before, it says the maths are taught in both English and Chinese, to cope with the curriculum of primary school.

hi camma, 我小朋友係km 真係好開心, 佢由n 班上k 班個人轉變左好多, 成熟左同大個左. 佢好掛住km d 先生, 校監,校長同佢最愛的師母 !  依家佢的班主任亦係佢最愛人之. 因個日佢老師無返學佢即刻話比我知. 紀老師今日sick左.
如家長不懂普通話我諗問題唔大的, 因小朋友佢地留心上堂可以叫佢教你, 提高佢興趣tim.  不過依家有d website可以成句幫你讀出教你, 你都一齊學下啦.  我check 下比d info 你啦.

Hi all,

I'm considering pre-nursery class (2-yr old) class for my baby and would like to seek your kind advice.

I applied HK Preschool (Ascot) and Keen Mind for my baby. Personally, I like Keen Mind more as I feel it is a warm school after visiting it and I have confidence that my baby will have a happy time there. On the other hand, HK Preschool is not a bad choice as a whole and most importantly, we may move to Royal Ascot (i.e. the school is just downstair).

As such, can you give me some advice on how to choose? Many thanks.

sandy,

my son studies in HKPS 2 yrs old class, he is very happy to go to school and learn many from school, always sing new songs, and also madarin. What's more, many of his classmates live in Royal Ascot also.

if u choose KM, u have to spend time on traffic every day.

Did u ever visit HKPS? the environment is fine also.

Yes, the environment at HKPS is good as well, and my baby loves playing there.......Is your son studies in Int'l or anglo-chinese class? Will he continue his K1 study at HKPS? My husband likes HKPS as he think we should minimize the travelling time of BB at his age and our impression on HKPS is good. So probably we will choose HKPS, unless we move to elsewhere other than Royal Ascot lor

most likely my son will continue his K1 in HKPS, he studies in anglo-chinese class right now, but we may let him study in int'l class next year as he likes to speak madarin.
