Dear Snow,
My son has registered for K1 2006. I was quite impressed by the school environment and teachers' qualification, though the school fee is quite high. According to what the staff told me, each class (K1) has 30 children and two native speaking class teachers,(English/Mandarin/Cantonese). Children have to learn phonics from prenursery class. They won't push children to write proper words until K2. There is no homework until K1 second term. Reading and story telling are emphasized. It seems the staff there are quite friendly. If you want to know more, you can contact the school directly. I think they are willing to answer you quries.
