Central allocation does not depend on your kids' kindergarten ....
This question has been clarified for about one million times and still we see lots of questions asked. Not that it matters a lot to those who know, but those questions actually take up a lot of space (it is rather annoying to find ten questions asking about which aided schools like to take kids from which kindergarten).
ONCE AND FOR ALL PLEASE:
Parts 1 and 2 of the allocation system (for government and aided schools) do NOT depend on which kindergarten you kid goes to. Part 1 depends on points (old boys, religion, etc). Part 2 depends on address. Both depends a bit on luck. If there are spare spaces left then MAYBE the school will take into account individual merits and which KG you go to, but that is at the very last stage and few can expect to get in by that route anyway.
That said, I bet we can still see people asking "which school can get my boy into La Salle" ...
Sorry for the bad temper. People just do not read or learn.
