I am also a previous Victoria K3 student's parent, I have the same headache last year. Both Victoria Primary and TrueLight accepted my son. Finally I chose TL, because my son told me he likes to be guided by teacher. So he is more suitable in traditional school. Then for your decision, that will depends on your student's learning style and his character.
Victoria is free, relax and creative but academic is so..and..so. While 高主教 is known to be very traditional, high academic level and what my husband said, the children should have some pressure in order to learn more. 學多好多 in the same period of time when they are trained to do it in traditional school.
