我女兒將會INTERVIEW, 請問家長以下問題:-
1/ K1有多少班, 每班有幾多小朋友?
2/ 是否很多功課?
3/ 每班有幾多位老師? 老師對學生關懐/細心嗎?
4/ 有無普通話課?
5/ 多唔多課外活動?

Hi,
1/~2x-30 班. 一班二十幾人, 細b的班約17-18人左右.
2/k1只得一些簡單的線條/單字/英文單字..不是天天都做功課.
3/ 二位. 一位班主任 (中文老師), 一位外籍老師.
老師對學生關懐/細心嗎?... 見仁見智

4/ k2 先有.
5/ 一次旅行, 一次visit. 好似有d drama, 但忘記了是k2 or k1 有.

So you mean there is a class designated for "small kids" only? So does it imply small kids still have quite a big chance going into SC? Thanks.

Yes. When my daughter was in K1, she was in a class which had 18 students only and, all her classmates were bornt from Sept - Dec. My brother's daughter was bornt in Nov and my sister's daughter was bornt in Oct. They are all SC students. Thus, small kids still have equal chance to go into SC. In my daughter's class, some of her classmates were so 'small' that was bornt in 29 Dec and one of them was bornt in '31 Dec'. So, you see...

Hi TakTakMa,

My daughter was born on late Dec 03. However, she speaks simple English in sentence now and answers some simple questions like colours, shapes, her name, parents' names, parts of body and some vehicles etc. But the problem is when she is facing a stranger, she will be too shy to speak or just hide behind me. Even something she can perform at home, she will not react when facing somebody she doesn't know. I am very much afraid she will show nothing during the interview in this Nov. May I know if there is any solution to solve this situation? or any experience sharing from you???

I target St. cat and kentville, do you think your kid is able to cope with the school-life even she/he is a small-kid? Will it be too harsh or stressful? Do you know if Kentville will accept small-kid too?

Thank you for your assistance on the above.

Arrange more interview for your daughter and let her practice more. Last year my daughter attended 7 schools interview, everytime she learnt something and became more confidence.

which KGs' interviews will be ahead of St. Cat? I have just applied York as I know the interview will be earlier than SC.

York and St. Johannes's interview were earlier than SC last year! I still remember Kenville and SC are the same day for interview!

Hi IceCrm,

Your daughter is much smart than my son as he can only say some 'BB language' only. I think... first of all, you'd better enjoy yourself during the interview and your child will do the same as you. Try to play, keep on talking happiness and funny events, put your smile on your face so as to release the pressure from your child as well as yourself before the interview. When my daughter had had interview at Secret Heart Kindergarten, I did the same just before going into the classroom. Thus, my daughter 's performance was very good on that day. Even the teacher also said,"又真係幾叻."

去年sc面試日我要返工(星期五)，只是這理由，sc替我改為星期六，仲好客氣﹗所以如果撞期，打電話改日期，應該無問題，亦唔會影響入學機會﹗

我今晚剛收到通知, 個心都好煩呀。我被安排星期五interview呀, 岩岩公司當日有function, 唔可以請假。點都好啦, 唯有聽日打去試下改唔改到啦。如果真係唔得, 都要give up 呀............隨緣..........
