Ignore the fact that there is a higher birth rate in Dragon's year (over 3,000 more than the previous year), the lucky draw (second round) is just a matter of luck: even if hundreds or more persons competes for 1 place, you can win if you have luck. On other hand, even if only 2 person competes for 1 place you can still be a loser if you are unfortunate. Go for the school you admires most and let fate decides! Just my two cents.

It's really hard to decide. Actually i have a son study in 培基小學 located in Fotan. So I'm sure whether I'm right or not to let my daughter to join the "lucky draw" and abandon the seat in her brother's school.

Anyone can give me your opinion? Thanks!
