各位媽咪:
我囡囡現在3.5歲,我想她學piano,但她則常嚷叫學violin,可否同一時間兩種都學?請給我意見,謝!

我仔仔剩係學鋼琴ja！
其實我都知有好多小朋友同時學2-3中西樂器，但最緊要係時間分配得好，勿影響學業！

我囝囝今年八歲, 佢而家學緊三種樂器 : 綱琴(即將考三級), 小號(明年考四級) & 大提琴(在音統處,將升E2), 其實我叫囝囝選其中一樣, 放棄唔好學, 根本冇咁多時間練習, 但我一提起, 佢就強烈反對, 佢仲話唔可以放棄, 我都比佢激死. 唯有暫時學住先, 如果佢真係頂唔住, 最後都要放棄其中一樣. 不過我囝囝對樂器好有興趣, 佢學每一種樂器, 都好有心機學習, 老師都讚佢, 所以佢學得好開心, 好有滿足感. 所以我對囝囝講, 如果唔練習或跟唔上, 就唔好再學啦!

My daughter started to learn violin from 6 years old. She has got Grade 2 level and will take Grade 5 level next year. But as her violin teacher says, her skill is not mature yet and needs more practice. Her teacher is a very good, experienced teacher from Shanghai Music School. I think the common practise of the China's teacher is a bit harsh and demanding. (He even told me that some talent child in Shanghai practises 6 - 7 hours a day :(...Besides, she loves violin a lot, I think she is a bit scared of the seriousness of the teacher, that's why she is willing to practice 4-5 hours per day. And also my daughter has experienced to be the winner of the HK School music festival and she may like to have the same experience next year la... hehehe, this is another motivation for her hardworking.
But I think only during these 2 months (summer vactaion) she can practice 4-5 hours, after summer when school starts, she can only have 2 hours practice a day! Hope she will still manage both music and school work la ...

Would u please PM me the contact of the voilin's teacher. My friend is looking for a teacher who is harsh enough in teaching kids. She doesn't like the one too "friendly" to students.

Is it healthy to prastise music several hours per day? Would you want your kid to be Cheung Wai Ching the 2nd? I would prefer my kid exposing to learn different things and let him and her persuing their interests.
