TOPick根據港大的收生成績上四分位數（Upper Quartile）及4C+2X（即指4個核心科目，包括中、英、數、通識，以及2科選修科）的方法計算，綜合以下「神科」到底有幾難入：

1. 港大內外全科醫學士、牙醫學士：39分

港大醫學院是狀元的「夢之科」，據2016年的收生數據顯示，內外全科醫學士（MBBS）的收生分數為全校之冠，收生上四分位數為39分。
同樣是收分之冠的牙科，亦是港大神科之一。去年的收生上四分位數為39分。據公務員事務局的招聘資料顯示，衛生署牙科醫生的起薪點為56,755港元（總薪級表第30點）。


2. 港大工商管理學學士(國際商業及環球管理)：39分

除了醫學及法學，講起神科，不得不提具有相當國際視野及觸覺的「環球商業」。港大工商管理學學士(國際商業及環球管理)去年的收生上四分位數為39分。
而中大的環球商業學同樣是「高難度神科」，去年收生中位數為：中、英、通識及1科選修科5**、數學及其餘2科選修科5。而國際貿易與中國企業課程近年被譽為是「尖子科」，去年收生中位數為1科選修科5**、中、英、數、1科選修科5*，通識5。
畢業生多投身金融業、如投資銀行、見習行政人員職位（Management Trainee） 等。據金管局的招聘資料顯示，見習經理(MT)的起薪點約4萬元。


3. 港大法學士、工管/政治學及法學雙學位：37分

港大法學院是狀元的心水之選，2016年法學士（LLB）收生上四分位數為37分。另外，同樣是法律神科之選的工商管理學學士（法學）及法學士（BBA (Law) ＆ LLB）及社會科學學士(政治學與法學)及法學士（BSS(GL) & LLB），2科的收生的上四分位數同為37分。
選修該些科目的學生，畢業後可選擇投身法律界、商界及政界。完成學士課程後，需再修讀法學專業證書課程（PCLL），方可獲得執業律師資格。
香港律師會前會長葉成慶指，律師薪金不一，要視乎律師行規模而定，在跨國大行的起薪點與本地中小型行薪金有一段距離，有本地行會按律師案件多寡而計算佣金。有於大行工作的律師表示，成績突出的見習律師薪金約有4、5萬元，但有其他畢業生於細行工作，其起薪點約2萬元，差距較大。


4. 港大藥劑學學士：37分

港大藥劑學亦屬神科，參考去年數字顯示，上四分位數為37分。衛生署藥劑師的起薪點為49,445港元（總薪級表第27點）。藥劑系大學生畢業後，除了要實習一年，亦必須通過管理局的藥劑師註冊3科筆試：香港藥劑法例、藥劑執業及藥理學。

个故仔係几难入，会揾最高，掉转几易入就用最低，可能 median最有代表性！

Good question. I just dig out details and find that

The Median Score and Lower Quartile Score for

BBA ( IBGM) is 38 and 37
Medicine is       38 and 37
Dental is           37 and 36

These three subjects are also the top 3  in the Upper Quartile Score, Median Score and Lower Quartile Score.

港大醫科收235個, 牙科收73個 , ibgm收30個,  你理科最叻嘅都去曬醫科&牙科 ,  仲有中大醫科又收235個,

ibgm應該多文科人爭, 又收得少所以咪收得高, 識人讀 ibgm , 30個位 10 個係non-jupas即係jupas收得 20個 , 所以 ibgm jupas 收得唔高分都幾難.

其實全球入熱門科目的難度都差不多，不論是香港計DSE分數，日本講的偏差值，澳洲的百分比，都是每年最佳的 0.5% 學生有最優選擇權。

In HK, you added up GBus, Medic,  BBA+LLB, Dental, Pharmacy, Law, QFin of Big3, it's not 0.5%, 2.5 - 3.5%.

3.5%去到理工三寶和港大工程系了。

在大的國家如大陸及日本，佢地是入什麼大學更重要，在日本的學生，如果目標是東大丶京都大或慶應，偏差值要 70，也是細過1%。

I didn't count the accumulated number yesterday, but the gut feeling 0.5% is not right.

After the calculation, you are right 2.28%, not 2.5% - 3.5%. If we also count PolyU elite programs, 3%.

I think you should count MLS instead of Optometry.  Optometry lost its  appeal long ago.

I just take it as an example to see 0.5% may be understated in HK.

Even Big 3, some programs are also debatable and I may miss some programs as well.

是呀，正如入港大工程的部份學生也会在3.5% 之外，但這 3.5% 夠可以說還應該包括有建築系及城大法律系，理工三或四寶不過是表逹各可包含科目的原則。

此外，當年自己兒子在 2015 年考DSE，在14年第一次填 jupas 時給他看類似的分析，不是要鞭他入神科，祇是為建立他的心理準備，一旦在有什麼成績時，他自己大概會有什麼選擇的自由，用特首引用的囯內用語，希望他在最後階段努力的冲刺，是為爭取多一點自由選擇科目的底氣。

Both my son and I agreed that. The coolest thing of his secondary school years was winning the best  西瓜 (emoji) 波scorer in his S6 year.

神科其他國家也難入, 可能自己近來同KONG U 畢業後生仔做同事, 佢地水準大不如前, 不禁搖頭, 所以有點主觀, 真係要放眼世界
