有時唔好責怪家長「比較現實」。
社會生態並唔係家長規劃既，無咁既土壤就種唔出咁既菓子。
先進國家有咁生態，但係外國一套，根本唔適合中國。
無打算移民，根本唔好走呢條路。

Financial field using a lot of technology, IT and Mathematics for modelling and fin-tech.

You may remember I shared in the blog, my son was in Imperial College for two STEM summer programs. One of them is using mathematical model in financial markets and economics. Maths can apply in many many fields, not just science and engineering.

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.

各行業都用，我知，大陸淘#,支付#，網上消費要好多數據分析人材，軍工航天都一樣。我見文內指政府增加科研發展開支, 但增加後仍落後新加坡，又指STEM好多出路，不過只提出投行要找人。。。

，都係想笑下。

投行肯出$，點會請唔到人，部分工種是特別需要數學強的申請人，可能投行的朋友只是客氣！

The writer is a scholar, miles away from reality.

I didn't dig into details about the % and what can be claimed as R&D expenses.

Traditionally, ITC's requirements are not so user-friendly, for grant or sponsor must be overstated and underdelivered.

We also guess tons of money will be wasted in university researches, we need technology translation and commercialisation, not just patent and papers.

Also, don't just rely on Start up and Unicorn.
