Any comment on wu kai sha esf playgroup? What will be done? I read from old threads that dvd will be played?

Does it have four terms? Seems like i cant register for term 4. Only term 3 (feb-apr) is available.

It's not taught by ESF teachers, I think it's out sourced, they just borrowed the premise to run the playgroup. I saw them having a lot of free time and quite quiet during the class, not sure about its quality.

The usual schedule is : 10-15 min free time -> circle time -> 2 activities / art works -> +- physical time i.e. Playing outside classroom -> snack time -> goodbye time ( may watch DVD sing songs with all other kids together)

They did change their schedule from time to time . Overall less DVD time than before . My kid joined the playgroup for more than 1.5 yr . This yr I mean from sept 2016 they had improved the schedule . Those teachers in playgroup are actually the esf kindergarten EA working from mon to Friday.

我個仔由15個月大就開始esf pg，他們每堂課有準備很多不同的教學玩具俾小朋友，應該很多是當日幼稚園學生學習過的內容，蠻有趣

If you are talking about the programs and classes with schedule available on the ESF websites, then they are not outsourced. The program are organised by ESF. This is actually a very good source of income for ESF. But the teachers, instructors, are all not regular "ESF teachers". Those teachers are usually hired from outside. But of course, ESF teachers might  be allowed to teach to programs as a side job.
Premises might also be "rented" to other organisation to run their own programs, e.g. swimming classes from other "swim clubs", soccer classes by some soccer schools  etc.
