請問如果想入讀三大，是否百份之90 以上，都是收生讀3x 學生！
我之前聽過3大多數收4+3x 學生，就算同4+2x 同分，都會收3x 學生！
（兒子不是想讀神科，只想讀工程科！）
請給意見：兒子認為2 科有信心升5/5*如drop 第3 科，因第3 科沒有興趣讀，而且只有信心取3/4！想放更多時間讀2 x ！
是否正確？請給意見

最好及清楚一定是學校的老師，有多年資料及上三大需要的因數，drop科也要通知學校可否，問番學校先!

其實好多人都係讀兩科入三大甚至神科，第三科通常只係做tie-breaker, 聽聞bonus都係0.幾分。如果drop科就好好把握時間讀core subjects, 分數永遠係重點！p.s. 我就係中五drop左科，曾有同樣爭扎，但結果出到黎無後悔過drop

你嘅問题唔係三言兩語交代得清楚，學校有升學講座，校内你可以請教升學组老師。

P.S. 六科就起碼，工程無可能唔讀 Physics, 數底强(有M1/M2，加分個weight較大，例如中大工程) 容易應付好多。

我反而睇過收生survey, 理科生經JUPAS入到大學，尤其三大，超過六成係有讀M1/M2, drop Bio 就少咗機會入醫護科目。

因8月8才放榜，但按分數基本上無問題。有呀好多師兄師姐都是讀兩科入三大，不過讀少科就要確保唔會失手同埋真係要讀好core, 因為睇4+2 係大勢所趨

謝謝回覆，其實是他的師兄提意他drop ,見他讀了兩年都是剛剛合格，於是提議他drop, 專心讀好Phy & chem !
但作為家長的我，想他考3 x, 心理上比較穩陣的

首先要清楚是升S4抑或是升S5
升S4，其實在S3時讀的都是皮毛，而且由於要讀咁多科，根本唔夠時間去發掘對某一科的潛力。所以我建議是 x3先。
到升S5，基本上自己的實力和興趣已經充份展現，x4、x3、x2 的決定都是合理，自己應付到就冇問題；若自己讀x2 已經勉強，咁寧願集中實力在core和把握大的科，這樣勝算才大。
讀x4當然好，起碼炒一兩科都唔怕；但不是人人都兼顧到咁多科。其實讀8科也不是想像中難，選科與科之間有協同效應的就較慳水慳力。
大學不小科只是計 best 5，即是如果是考 x2，就只有一科做走盞而已
之間沒有對錯，決定因人而異~

Well, he also needs to consider the standard of his school, bare pass is equivalent to DSE 2 or 4. The cut off score may not be the same.

Good news to me that my son decided not to drop BIO, as he advised by his Ex-senior & existing senior classmates, most of 3 universities usually accepted 3x students, the same concept to me!

so he may concentrate mainly on 2x , and put less effort on the third subject!

PS: the young usually listen others than parent

剛書店見，4核心十2但第七科額外加分，正如二個同分，對方有第七科，可獲加分，咁收分對方大機會D

聽聞其實第7科bonus很少，而且要有星先會有，加上tie breaker也會考慮其他因素如interview, SLP...carry到7科當然好，但如果真係唔得，兩科5總好過三科4
