I think although not compulsory, i will still fill those info in...... as all items r listed by schools, then they must wanna know as much info as they can.......

it is ok.... don't think too much..... not the critical one anyway!

唔洗太擔心，其實佢地in時都1對4，分都未必睇得切，張報名表又點會睇到咁detail。
我估佢地主打睇小朋友表現同家長見校長環節，同埋住址同兄弟姊妹同校⋯
