早前聽到一些老師將會離職的傳聞，消息說不少於10位老師將會離開，當中有些是主任級的老師，好像lmc近年都有不少老師離職，究竟發生了什麼事？一些很受小朋友歡迎的老師都走了，例如身材很高大打排球的mr.Li、mr. resnick、踢足球的mr. cheng...

由創校開始，每年都有老師和職員選擇離開，人各有志，他們也有自己的理想，想有更好的發展，有些老師離開後也會回來探小朋友的，所以小朋友不用擔心見不到自己喜歡的老師。

除了教職員離職外，退學的學生也不少，一年來估計最少也有二、三十人退學，也許流動性大就是這間學校的特色吧 !

無記錯前年走了10位老師以上，上年較少但也好像有3,4位，今年根據小道消息又有差不多10位老師會離開

因為儲夠兩年經驗轉工會比較好，所以隔年出現離職潮，第一、二代的老師大部都不在了。以我所知，退學學生之中，外籍學生比較多。

為什麼lmc成了老師們的踏腳石？我見其他學校的老師流失率都沒這麼高，相信應該不是每間學校都常見的問題

Yes, this is something of potential concern.

Let's work together and keep an eye on it.

However, I believe that if parents are allowed to attend the morning meeting of the school. It is quite transparent.

讓家長參與早會和老師不停離職，應該是兩件沒關係的事吧。LMC一直都有讓家長參與早會，但老師還是一直離職，wilfredk是指家長可以在早會上向老師們打探消息嗎？我覺得老師們不太可能會告訴家長這事情吧。

對，老師不可能什麼都對家長說，而且入職時有簽訂保密協議，不能隨便透露學校的內部消息。

If that's the case, it is easy to solve. I don't mind to give a bit more money because the money will go to private tutors anyway so long as we get the quality of education.

Your added money may only prevent high turnover. May need a lot more to hire better experienced teachers.
But.... It's a PLK school. Don't compare it with those international schools. They charge few times more tuition than LMC.

It has been about a month since the inception of the school year. So far so good. It appears that my daughter likes this school and the school teachers do recognize her potentials. She is chosen for choir and art. These are the areas that we think my daughter has the potential to develop.

However, the administrative aspects need to be improved as sometimes we do not know which books should be brought to school and how to login the computer website.

They all were senior teachers last year but all had already left school. It is an odd scene.

差不多每兩年就一次離職潮，對學校發展也有影響。
