If that's the case, it is easy to solve. I don't mind to give a bit more money because the money will go to private tutors anyway so long as we get the quality of education.
Your added money may only prevent high turnover. May need a lot more to hire better experienced teachers.
But.... It's a PLK school. Don't compare it with those international schools. They charge few times more tuition than LMC.
It has been about a month since the inception of the school year. So far so good. It appears that my daughter likes this school and the school teachers do recognize her potentials. She is chosen for choir and art. These are the areas that we think my daughter has the potential to develop.
However, the administrative aspects need to be improved as sometimes we do not know which books should be brought to school and how to login the computer website.
